Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg

The hotel looks rough inside and out. Old rusty vents, bad paint jobs, and holes in the wall of the hotel room we stayed in. The staff acted like they hated their job and didn’t seem too happy to have to deal with customers. This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we will not be coming back.

My room had to be changed due to multiple issues in the first room. The staff was helpful in switching rooms. The room was nothing like the description or pictures. The smell of weed was throughout the hallway.

Great location close to historic Colonial Williamsburg and a block away from a good Mexican restaurant but a dirty hotel that looks like it gave up. Looks like their weekly rates for people living there is only thing keeping it open. Thought I found a deal because online photo deceiving but close reflects the level of run down roadside motel.

The key didn’t work . Needed to get manager to open my door and he gave me his key. Room smelled stale like it was a smoking room at o one time even though it was a non smoking room. I found a flip flop under the edge of the bed. The shower didn’t drain . Tv remote didn’t turn on tv . A horrible room

The Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel could use some upgrades and repairs. I think they house some homeless people there. A lot of police activity outside of the hotel. Cops kept stopping people on the road near the hotel. No police activity at the hotel. Just did not feel safe.

A nasty, roach infested, filthy, poorly managed and maintained location. I can't believe Wyndham had their name on the marquis. The photos on the website misrepresented the reality of that dump within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg! Good job on the quality control, Wyndham!

Hotel needs a lot of work was able to manage a little but overall terrible all the staff wasn’t good forgetful except one. Breakfast wasn’t too attractive but didn’t expect a five course meal. I got two different rooms but one was falling apart shower had no water pressure & the new room was better but shower drain was clogged & filling up in the tub while trying to shower.

Arrived checked in looked around and left to drive 3 hours home. This place was disgusting!!!!! Toilet didn’t flush, has a horrible odor of mildew/mold. Dresser was falling apart, wall paper was peeled off.

The property was average and aged. Elevator made loud noises. Room was vlead but dated. Room smelled like a dog was in the room, but opened the window and ran the AC and the stench was minimized. Not worth $112 a night, plus there was no breakfast available

The room was fine but felt unclean except for the bathroom which was sparkling.
