Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg

Room was no clean & it was roach infested the microwave didn't work ,it had no telephone in the room.I saw roaches in the bathroom ,a.c unit and on the desk it was horrible I left ( check out the nest day ,I will never stay there ever again it was disappointing that motel needs an exterminator asap

Bathroom had huge cockroaches ac didnt work great matress was horrible was suppose to be 3 night stay but ened up leaveing after 1 st night due these and no front staff waited over 30 mintues no one showed up to switch our room

Reserved 2 rooms for two nights. Hotel is worn out to say the least. Painted over holes in the walls. Carpets worn out. Doors would stick often. After one night, I turned in my keys and went to another hotel. It is just a worn out facility. I would not recommend staying here unless you have nowhere else to go

First let me get the good stuff out the way say the staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly checking in and out. The water did get hot and had good pressure. Thats all I can say positive about this place. I walked in my room and found the bathroom door handle broken. Lamp shades broken. Half the lights in the room didnt work. The a/c barely worked. The microwave and fridge did not work. The ambience of the place felt like a traphouse. The pool was being renovated...but that should be the last thing renovated in that place. Stay away if you can seriously. I won't be staying there again.

The phone in the room was gross,hole in the wall bathroom was tacky I took pictures and call front desk to report, bc i didn't want to be blame for any of the damage that was already there bo one pickup Never again not 144.00 dollars

The bed was very comfortabe and the location was close to conveniences. I didn't like employees hanging around the exit door near my room. They were noisy.The exit door was not secure which is a safety concern. And finally, the dresser in the room had damaged drawers, the bathroom ceiling plaster job someone did is very poor, and the bathtub/shower was disgusting. I cannot in good faith recommend this facility.

Quiet

Didn’t appreciate lack of staff or the general disrepair. Our room had holes in the walls, peeling paint and the door off its jamb. When told about it, desk clerk said to lift it up to close! Shouldn’t have to and pay you too!

If you like a crack house vibe then this location is for you. However, when we pulled into the parking lot their was drug activity taking place right in the front of the location.

The only thing clean was the top and bottom sheet and the toilet. Front desk is useless when you need something for your room. And breakfast was only on weekends
