The Ricardo Marriott DFW Westlake

The listing said the room sleeps five but it had only two double beds with no couch or rollaway options. Expedia refused to do anything about it and was terrible at the whole situation. More of an Expedia issue, less of a hotel issue.

Too strong perfume smell on floor level hallways.

My receipt stated the breakfast was not available with my room. I paid $225 for my room!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. Never one with walls so thin I could hear every word the lady next door was saying to her baby. It was very noisy, heard every coming and going as if my door was open. The ice machine on my floor was not working, had to go down one floor to get ice. I was extremely disappointed!!

We stayed for our daughter's wedding and this hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room block for many guest, family members and the wedding party. The staff was very attentive to all of our family members and friends. They even surprised the newlyweds with a decorated suite. The hotel is very close to the wedding venue which made it very convenient.

Service

It goes with my profession that I am required to stay at numerous hotels at various locations on a monthly basis. The Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake presents a very unique location that offers a sense of being secluded for the purpose of rest quality and conferences to private family events. Equally important to service levels and guests rooms details, this location is very quiet from unwanted street noises and traffic volume. Rooms are well upkeep and presented. And the spacious lobby is ideal for business and private events.

The breakfast was not complimentary... 23. per person, so we skipped it

We had to request blankets and a comforter for the bed. It only had sheets.

Respectfully I’ve stayed at nicer motel 6s. I stayed at the aloft down the street for the rest of the week and that property is much nicer. You did a great job on that one.

Very comfortable hotel. Safe, clean, and a friendly staff. The pillows were so perfect I took off the cover to look for the tags so I could find them for my home! There is also a delicious, clean Mexican restaurant across the parking lot making a nice meal accessible as well!

Convenience, cleanliness and quiet.
