The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly with all members of staff making me always feel very welcome. We needed more space for our toiletries.Double bed was little small.

It needs to be renovated

We stayed here unexpectedly after having two different flights cancelled on us. I just picked it in the Bonvoy app because it was the cheapest available with a good rating and a hotel shuttle. It was clean and quiet and we slept well. All the staff we dealt with were top notch and I had a great breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. The rooms just need an update is all. Furniture is worn and bathroom is especially dated.

Staff was unfriendly, and of no help at all!

Everything was very good at this hotel, felt very safe, nice and quiet and all of the facilities and the room were top notch, nothing to complain about.

Starbucks was closed. Hair dryer was sticky and gross. Hotel was very cold. Ubers had trouble getting to the hotel lobby.

Bug in my bathroom. Need to remove all alarm clocks from rooms. Clean carpets.

Come to area once a month, decided to try this hotel again, it has actually become worse. My room smells, I constantly hear toilets flush, the food sucks, drawers don’t stay shut, TV remote does not work, exercise room is a cramped closet, bed is crap, sheets itch. Will continue to stay at nearby Westin and Delta.
