Awful stay. Room is very tired. Part of my floor was boarded off with plywood. Stayed three nights, two of which there was NO hot water. I asked about it on checkout, and the woman said,” didn’t they tell you the water went out?” Then, I notice a $10 per day self park charge when I didn’t even have a car. This place went from a nice hotel to a dump.

They canceled our reservation as a no show because we did not make the first night even though we had called ahead and confirmed that was okay and it wouldn’t be canceled. Then they accused us of lying about the call rather than checking their own notes that had been left. Music from an event at the hotel had our room shaking late into the night. Absolute terrible experience across the board, never again.

It was clean in its appearance and instant hot water

I’ve gotten better sleep on a motel 6 mattress. The mattress we slept on was worn flat as well as the pillows. The remote for the TV was non responsive and the AC did not work. The only way to cycle the AC was when waking from being too hot was to manually move the thermostat down a degree to ever get it to cycle.
