The Ricardo Marriott DFW Westlake

Undergoing a much needed renovation. The rooms were once adequate, location is on a quieter side comparable to 2 other nearby Marriott properties and overall amenities are sufficient. What made the stay memorable are the superb people. Mina and Ruth stand out as extraordinary in being customer centric and solution oriented. Bob at the restaurant taking care of multiple swim families so early in the morning is notable and exemplary. Once renovated, the hotel can be a promising stay.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice bar/restaurant area.

No a/c for most of stay. Remodeling construction 🚧 going on. Check in location due to construction was confusing.

This place has no business being open. Rooms are old and dirty.. Property under construction and nothing available.. We left this property in books somewhere else. It was that bad!

This property was under major reconstruction. There was nothing clean around the place refrigerator didn’t work air conditioner. Quit working the area around the hotel is rundown. The staff at the hotel are extremely nice. Not their fault but the property is in terrible condition.

Property is under construction/remodel and was not disclosed. They gave us the wrong room, but did give us the correct room later so we had to play musical chairs. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Room service was poor, the food was terrible and cost almost half the price of the room. Guess they have to get money for that remodel some how. Getting to the room was a challenge through the construction.

As soon as you walk in you think this hotel is pretty nice but wait until you walk down the hall to your room. The carpet changes and everything else is crappy. Wallpaper coming off, nasty carpet, tub spout completely came off the wall when I pulled the knob for the shower, desk was dirty, the bathroom ceiling looked like was painted over the old peeling paint, the a/c woke me up multiple times, pretty much everytime it went off.For $200 I was expecting a little more.

Very nice. 1st room heat wasnt working and they were so fast with sending someone. They quickly were able to move us rooms and it was seemless.

Everything was great, limited parking
