If the mattresses could be a little softer that would make a huge difference.

As we asked closer to our assigned room we encountered wall paper falling off the wall and carpet missing with a larg construction paper covering a huge area, I nearly slipped. As we neared the room (438) a smell began to creep up and we noticed exposed pipes. It smelled very bad.We were given a room smelled really bad, like sewage I took video and pictures. I could not believe my eyes. I just wanted to leave. We were planning a longer stay but decided not to book here for the rest of the weekend.

What a great hotel! Received probably the best/most friendly greeting when we arrived. Dinner in the hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. The main facility appears to be brand new while the rooms look a little older but still nice (going through a renovation I believe). Plenty of parking in the underground garage.

This hotel is a Gem! Just outside of Southlake nestled in a quiet business park with a great Italian restaurant within walking distance. Our room was great and we had a nice patio overlooking a wooded canopy of trees. The young man at front desk was great so welcoming and kind. This property is sprawling and has a great pool and concierge lounge. We live locally but we’re on way home from a toddlers birthday party so stopped to stay the night. Great choice nice little escape. Have stayed here in the summer and really enjoy the outdoor amenities especially the TV by the pool just a great chill vibe!

Bedroom was not clean at all.

As soon as I arrived I was struck by the excellent signage. I’d never been in the area before so I was so appreciative that things were very clear. Hagan helped me check in and add another night to my stay with kindness and professionalism. The property is beautiful and just enough of what you need without too much. I’ll be returning again and again.

bed is wor out shower is for some one 4' tall

The hotel is okay and the bar menu is pretty good, but when I went to take my shower and pulled the lever up to switch to shower, the whole tub fixture shot out of the wall. I ended up taking a sponge bath. When I checked out, I handed the fixture to the woman at the front desk and her response was "thanks for letting us know, we'll make sure to get that fixed". No appology, no offer of anything like maybe points or a free breakfast... nothing!

My room smelled horrible. All cabinets and refrigerator was propped open.

Stayed an extra night after a group company event.. Asked for bill at check out and wasn’t provided any as company was to cover most of the bill. Then my card got charged $667.83 for extra 3 nights at company rate with No resolution till date. I received horrible response via email attached. I won’t advise anyone to use this hotel.
