Royal Palms Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt

This resort is really spectacular. It's quiet and intimate. I stayed there by myself for business and it was perfect for getting away from the crowds and hustle. It's really like an oasis in the desert. The food is outstanding and they have the friendliest staff.

I like the traditional Spanish style, making it both indulgent and comfortable.

They put me in a room that I hadn’t booked and when I requested the room I had confirmed, it felt awkward. They kindly offered to pay for a couple of drinks but they were still on the bill at the end. Making me feel awkward to re raise the issue.

An oasis in Phoenix. Enjoyed especially the spacious rooms and verandas. The bathroom was gorgeous. I would recommend to stay here.

Service needs to be polished, rooms need updating. Also, our room was on bottom floor and could hear people walking around upstairs at all hours. sleepless nights with all the noise

Very nice hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The room was good sized and comfortable. The staff were great. The restaurant was very good for breakfast but thought it was so-so for dinner and quite expensive. The bar prices are actually silly. A Woodford old fashion for $35. Most other drinks $20-30. Kinda taking the pics there.

As a gym buff, I’m not as enticed by rustic gyms as I am by rustic decor in rooms.

Fantastic destination with a beautiful property. The gardens and layout of the resort were top notch and one of the best in the area. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat.

I booked via Amex FHR. We were "upgraded" to a spa suite but they requested I pay an extra $200 per night for this "luxurious suite". The suite was a joke. The walls and floor were scratched and there were numerous paint chips and wood scratches throughout the room. The last straw was silverfish in the bed! The room was in dire need of maintenance and repair. The room should not have been rented in its current condition. I paid $800 for one night in this "luxurious suite." I was appalled and surprised that this hotel is part of the Amex FHR program!

Such an amazing weekend getaway, this resort is absolutely gorgeous. The fireplace is the little gardens for you to sit and read absolutely amazing. The pool with the cushions just gave it the pop. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the egg white frittata. You will not be disappointed one bit. The staff was amazing thank you
