INUSUSUS8/10 I could see myself going back… The staff was super helpful & very clean. The property is cleaned daily by one of their building managers, fresh towels were provided, and pretty quiet for the most part for those light sleepers.

No breakfast, not even coffee. Building looked like a tenement.
USUSNothing. Nobody was in to let me in outside of the building or in. I have to asks a resident about the place. I had to sleep somewhere else. I’m not a difficult person. I’m not happy ,disappointed . Very bad experience.
No sign to make you know about accommodations. It’s in a residential building. It’s on the 2nd floor. The telephone have so much statics I couldn’t understand a word. I knocked on the door 3 times and wait between each one. I call 4 more times and nobody answered. I left my phone number and didn’t have a call back. I didn’t sleep there I received NO service. I was there for 20 minutes on front of the door. When I call the 6th times , I had already make other arrangements and left the area. I call to give a message that I was there in the building on front of the appartement door and nobody answered. The person answered and it was no static so I say I will not stay that I was there and nobody answered and I made other arrangements and left. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Because of NO SERVICE, NOBODY THERE.
