CAthere was no breakfast!!!
It needs a deep cleaning. The walls and the windows. Jeff keeps the main things in order.
AEit is an apartment with 3 separate rooms very hige kitchen, i didn’t use it but there is a fridge and oven also subway station is just infront of building and you can go anywhere from sterling street station Manhattan downtown is just 40 min away from direct train sterling station to Times Square there is a halal food restaurant infrot of subway and i eat everyday from them halal shawarmas are available cycle stand also infront of the building and you can book cycle and ride to prospect park in just 10 minutes all shops and groceries nearby you can get separate room and shared bathroom and bathroom is always available not crowded you can chill by yourself , all the keys with you , come any time rooms are same as shown in pictures very good for singles and solo travelers
No Ac in the room , if you feel hot , nothing u can do but i told them and they said let us know we will provide you something ( i didn’t tell them , I don’t know what they will provide) shower in bathroom is big struggle , only single handle tap and you have to think on what point you will got hot water it is either too hot OR tooo cold , I struggled everyday for maintaied water no toilteries u have to buy you soap and shampoo the property is someone’s else but Mr jeff is there for everything

Location is not the best and there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

Rate advertised online is not what the property charged. The room was advertised at US$112, but I ended up paying US$ 175 with US$ 50.00 going into cleaning the room. US$50 per day is heavy for a cleaning charges. The other thing I didn't like is that there was no one to give me the keys for late check ins. I waited for about an hour for the key.
USEverything atmosphere is lovely and it's convenient cause there is everything close by within walking distance and transportation is very easy to get

BRThe location is very good, metro station nearby. The location is safe as there is a police station one block away.
In the room description there is a single shower, but this is a lie, the shower is shared. The description causes doubt, as it seems that it is an individual place and in fact it is an apartment with 4 rooms and other people staying. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, but they changed it after much insistence. When I arrived, there was no one to welcome me, I had to call thousands of times to get someone to open the door as there is no front desk.
BRUSEverything that I needed is within walking distance., transportation, food and even a clinic in case of illness.
There is nothing to dislike because the place is just suited for anyone that needs a place for a few days to take care of business or they are on a little getaway...
