Never stayed due to safety issue upon arrival. Left the apartment in less than 10minutes and told the host. But he has yet to refund me. Rude communications by host.
USI did not use the property because the place looks like a crack house. The building is dirty, and crack-heads were all around the building. There were people drinking and smoking on the step of the building, and the main door was broken. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy. If you want to keep your good ratings, I recommend that you remove this property of your inventory.
The place was unsafe. Bums were drinking and smoking in front of the building. The door was unlocked, and people were entering into the building to pee, and God knew what. The place is deplorable.

4 rooms are sharing one bathroom, I waited a lot to check-in, Poor air-conditioning, Old building and poorly maintenance.

HTThe Facility's location. Many stores, restaurants are at walking distance. The place was clean. I felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Jeff, was the perfect host, available, helpful and kind.
The hole in the bathroom ceiling needs to be fixed :) .
GBHi the best thing about this place was the location - a block from the subway. My room was basic but comfortable and clean. There was a hair dryer and toaster and other bits of equipment made available.
It was very basic and the front door was tawdry looking. The room was small with a single bed. The living area was a bit tired as was the bathroom. I had not realized I was sharing a bathroom but it was not an issue for one night.
