Las instalaciones son bonitas

Demasiado mal servicio, solo los empleados del restaurante a la carta fueron buenos en atención, el resto del personal pésimo, muy mala actitud de servicio, no solucionan. Demasiado lejos las habitaciones de las zonas comunes y no hay carritos, nada que ayude al desplazamiento, solo hay una piscina para un montón de gente. La alimentación muy regular.

"QUE CADA DIA SEAS MAS HERMOSO!!"

El hotel es muy hermoso, la habitación cómoda; tener playa ahi mismo, las actvidades, en la recepción el Jefe de alli una persona muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar al huesped!!, pero podría ser mejor si le adiciona una silla y mesa..hace falta.. en la cabaña para pareja . Bungalow. , pero igual muy HERMOSO Y CÓMODO, lo recomiendo sin dudar..gracias

Para nada me gustó el abuso en los precios para los tours, ademas de los colaboradores de esta empresa muy groseros y autoritarios, no todos, peroooo.. mucho tiempo viajando y para no alcanzar a disfrutar del lugar!!.. falta mayor cubrimiento del internet en las habitaciones ..
