Me gusto que como íbamos con dos niñas nos cambiaron a una habitación Bungalow Kids, las habitaciones son cómodas y son puntuales y acertados con el aseo. Buena amabilidad por parte de las chicas de recepción

Al llegar no había agua ni luz en el hotel y llevaban varios días asi, por esta razón los baños de la recepción al llegar estaban demasiado cochinos (en una contingencia asi hubiesen podido sacar agua de la piscina y dejar valdes en los baños). Una cadena hotelera tan grande debería pensar en energías renovables como paneles solares para mitigar estas contingencias y ayudar el medio ambiente. Nos toco en una habitación bastante retirada y no contaban con personal para ayudarnos a entrar o sacar el equipaje, teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones y quedamos demasiado separadas una de la otra. Como el check in del hotel es a las 3 no teníamos derecho el primer día a almuerzo pero eso no lo especificaron en el momento de la reserva. Todo es demasiado costoso para la comodidad y beneficios. En la playa tuvimos un incidente y no había ni un solo salvavidas todos estaban hacia la zona de la piscina que queda algo retirada del mar y en el momento de pedir algo para limpiar la herida se dieron cuenta que no tenían nada en el botiquín. La actitud de algunas de las personas que sirven en el restaurante no es cordial, siempre están indispuestos y sirviendo la comida de mala gana. Siempre había mucha fila para adquirir las bebidas, deberían tener mas puntos y no solo uno que esta en la zona de la piscina
