1. Mi habitación tenia el sifón de la ducha tapado. 2. El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando correctamente. 3. Faltan mas baños en zonas publicas. 4. No hay variedad en las comidas y bebidas.

Es demasiado costoso para los servcios que ofrecen, y no tienen claro qué es un concepto todo incluido y buffet, la comida es malísima, no tienen amenidades y ni siquiera toallas de playa

Habitaciones Cómodas.

Pésimo servicio y actitud por parte del personal, mala administración para todo, comida de baja calidad y solo 2 opciones, mala higiene en los restaurantes ( estaba lleno de perritos callejeros que orinaban entre las mesas del comedor), mala señalización para encontrar las habitaciones, te quieren casi que obligar a tomar una plática de media hora que termina en más de una hora para una membresia vacacional, el todo incluido por booking no incluye transporte ni bebidas alcohólicas se debe pagar extra al llegar y como no cuentan con pulseras suficientes (de all inclusive) no te hacen el cambio inmediato si no que días después.

Las instalaciones y el lugar es bonito

Las comidas son pésimas una sola opción mucha gente se quedó sin comer las ensaladas malísima los jugos eran agua mal preparada los cócteles malos las cervezas medio vasito y el resto es espuma a pero los cócteles q venden esos si los preparan bien

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, los bungalow son muy cómodos y las señoras del aseo muy amables y atentas

El personal de recepción y del bar les hace falta mejorar en la atención al cliente y la forma en que hablan a los huéspedes que en varias ocasiones fue bastante grosera
