Riverside Hotel

Steven, his wife, and staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay. We highly recommend staying at the hotel which is a short walk from the diving center, a couple of restaurant options and 15-20 minutes (walk) from Portsmouth proper

the rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped. great internet speed, tv with access to multiple streaming platforms for a night in. the restaurant downstairs is a bit expensive, but great food. breakfast is complete and varied

it needs some maintenance outside and due to the river there are plenty of mosquitos. but as long as you are of it you can prepare and it shouldn’t be a problem.

Suites are nice. Furniture is comfortable. Good air conditioning. Nice restaurants in the area. Not particularly easy to access the beach or get groceries. Having to climb three flights of steep stairs to get to our room should have been mentioned in the advertisement.

A one bedroom unit in a four story motel located next to a river and about a 10 minute walk to the ocean. This motel has an on site restaurant and about 6-10 parking spaces out front. Located off the main road this is a quiet place to stay near Portsmouth. They have daily maid service also.

The kitchen has very limited supplies so cooking a full meal might be a challenge. It would be nice to have a few chairs on the balcony to sit out and enjoy the river and scenery. The motel does not appear to be locally owned by Dominicans.
