Riverside Hotel

Sounds of the river near the hotel were so relaxing. Ladies working at the front desk were very nice and kind. We mostly communicated with Jennel and she was so helpful.

Photos are to good and therefore you have certain expectations which are not met in the end. We booked a Sea view Suite. By the size of it this shouldn't be called a Suite but one bedroom apartment. It is a bit small but the room and living room are new. Bathroom needs renovation. Our apartment had the view to the river and trees, just a bit of sea was visible on the side and in the distance. Therefore sea view in description was incorrect as we had only a partial sea side apartment.

This is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My apartment was lovely and suitably equipped, with one balcony overlooking the river and a larger one on the other side. Very quiet location and not far to the nearest beach. The restaurant downstairs does good food although I think that the breakfast was slightly overpriced at US$10 for what you got, but for evening meals the prices were comparable to elsewhere.

zero kitchen tools, unwilling receptionist - eventhough the hotel was almost empty they didt let us upgade room, pretending they are fully booked, so actually we didnt have any view.

This hotel is situated between Portsmouth and Picard Beach. The beach is accessible from only a five minute walk away. The hotel itself is really clean and the Asian restaurant on the ground floor is great. Next door, the Infinity restaurant right beside the little river is an excellent place for a meal. Great place to stay!

The hotel is well furnished, with responsive staff, a good restaurant on property, and walkable to a few good restaurants.

We didn’t realize when booking there was no elevator. my mother has some mobility challenges so this wasn’t ideal. However, the staff were very accommodating; they carried our luggage up and down the stairs and brought room service. The lack of an elevator wasn’t a big deal.
