"Hrůza"

Při příjezdu do hotelu pán byl nepříjemný až agresivní ubytoval nás a neustále nás napadal tak jsme pobyt skončili vrátili klíče a vůbec jsme tam nespali nejhorší ubytování a nejhorší přístup od pána prostě hrůza žádali jsme o vrácení peněz a to jsme tam byli i s dětmi

Dobré ubytovanie a iba pár minút lesnou cestou od historického centra. Pri ubytovaní dobrá reštaurácia. Ochotný personál. Slušné jednanie.

Neviem čo by som zlepšil.

We were looking for a quiet place in a walking distance (15-20min.walk) from the centre of Czeski Krumlov. The place was just like that. The room was beautiful and spacious. The place was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful.

It was disappointing to hear time for breakfast half an hour. I travel a lot and your place is the only one that gives you more time.

The manager needs to learn customer service treatment.

Worst host i have ever meet. I have to call the police to get my passport back. charged me 12 euro, just because i left my car in front of the hotel to do the check in.
