A bit cold in the room

Special historic place very near the city, in rural setting, quiet and private. Well renovated and strong building with quality furnishing, including a fridge only in our room.

No Elevator because the place is a renovated building from many years ago, so we only took in what we needed from the car to the 2nd floor. It is not really a problem to climb if you are younger than us seniors.

The location wasn’t good. The street is pretty dark, to go without a car it’s not that close to the city center. The town doesn't have a lot of taxis.

I did not like that there was no free parking, especially, because using the car is essential when staying at this location rather than moving on foot, considering the distance from the center. We unexpectedly paid the additional cost of 250 CZK. This makes this accommodation inconvenient compared to the centrally placed hotels. Moreover, the parking was without night surveillance as the gate remained open the whole night. The parking cost is not clearly specified on the site before booking. There is just written that the charges may be applicable. At the arrival, no clear indications of the parking places were provided. Also, low ceilings and some additional steps in the room are less comfortable.
