Place was good and worth the money

The host didn't invite us, straight forward told we don't accommodate locals , and also power cut, after long journey it was disappointing! I had to cancel and find a new place!

Lakmal und seine Familie haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Aufgrund meines Fluges bin ich erst gegen Mitternacht in der Unterkunft angekommen. Auch ein Late Checkout war überhaupt kein Problem, super flexibel. Es hatte weniger den Vibe eines Hotels, sondern vielmehr das Gefühl, Teil einer Familie zu sein, die morgens und abends frisches und leckeres Essen zubereitet hat! Besonders vermissen werde ich die tollen Gespräche mit Lakmal an den Abenden. Ich werde ihnen definitiv noch einmal einen weiteren Besuch abstatten!

Perfect location and really lovely hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the family helped us get into our saris for the wedding :) Location is just 2 mins walk from a lovely beach . Room was quiet with a good shower and amenities . Would definitely stay again

The bedsheets had old blood stains on them when we arrived ! Please make sure that the bedsheets are not full of stains ( even if they are washed ) .

Very helpful staff. Fabulous location

No hot water. Access through construction site; no handrails on stairs which was dangerous at night. Would have appreciated being advised about the construction site before arrival.
