I've stayed at two other motels in area--the Skylight Inn and Fairbridge Inn and Suites. Willow Lodge is more expensive but worth the difference. It's both cleaner and quieter. The room was nothing fancy but adequate, and bed was comfortable. Would have liked to have a pullout surface for laptop, but I managed.
Very heavy smoke smell, no front desk attendant overnight
Generally quiet, clean and functional. Room floor and some furniture were new, fridge and microwave in room. The shower and the key lock system for the door are older and could use an upgrade. There was a little water seeping through the wall near the toilet intake comnection in my room (321). For food, it is convenient to Sheetz, Applebees and Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
Very nice and convenient for the price. Slight sewage smell that came and went on 3rd floor, otherwise great stay.

This property was 5 hours east of the area I searched for lodging. After having booked it by mistake I immediately began to correct the error. Not sure about fault but certain my intention was finding a lodging less than an hour away. Called the hotel within 10 minutes, they referred me to Expedia and provided a phone number. That number was answered by a call center, seemingly in the Philippines. Several loud voices in multiple languages crowded the call. Made a series of pleas to speak in a manner I could hear, repeated several times my issue and gave up after more than 5 minutes of chaotic chatter. I want to be refunded for the stay. This was not the result of changing my mind but instead confusion on the Expedia Ap search criteria.
Absolutely FILTHY! We issues disinfecting cleaning wipes to clean all the surfaces we planned to use. A towel was placed on the shower floor so we did t touch it with our bare feet. Mouse poop on the floor in the bathroom. We did not take our shoes off while in the room because it was just disgusting. Definitely a one star hotel! Will never stay here again!

Hotel is run down. Rooms aren't clean. Beds are very small. No pool as advertised. Took a day to get a tv that works. Mold in bathroom
