Convenient.

Hot water wasn’t hit on our last morning (lukewarm). Parking (paid) was in a lot that was extremely full and difficult to navigate. Housekeeping only every other day.

Nice location

Staff working breakfast could be somewhat more genial when interacting with guests.

Les fenêtres étaient EXTRÊMEMENT SALES. Aucun coffre pour les objets de valeurs. Le personnel froid, la dame qui s’occupe de la salle des petits déjeuners qui enlève les plats sous notre nez sans nous laisser nous servir. Les prises de courant qui se défont du mur, ce qui est loin d’être sécuritaire. La cafetière qui est INDIGNE de ce nom. Aucune serrure pour fermer la porte des WC. Une HONTE !!!!

Internet war die Katastrophe, kann man nur mit Handy anreisen, für das teuerste Zimmer war es verdreckt. Das Parken nebenan ging gar nicht, da das Hotel kein eigenes Parkhaus hat. Baustelle vor Hoteleingang,

The location and view. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

This is a great hotel conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs. We were there for only one night, and all was wonderful - clean, comfortable, great service from the staff and easy parking in their small garage next to the hotel. We walked to dinner right behind the hotel (Oskar Blues, very good) and enjoyed the hotel's breakfast the next morning ($18 per person, good value for what you got). I would stay there again.

We drove 7 hours to Colorado Springs to ride in an air balloon for my 50th birthday. The location of the hotel to Memorial Park, the rooms comfort & cleanliness and especially the view were all perfect!
