"Great walkable spot to downtown."

This is in a great location to walk downtown. The staff were very friendly at check-in. Tips: There is a spot to temp park out front and unload. The check-in will actually be on the second floor. The first floor seems to be more for people arriving to visit the Ryze rooftop bar. Parking will be on the right side of the hotel, up a ramp. It is a little tight if you have a large car. There are keurig style coffee makers in the rooms. Remember, it is just a block to downtown and close to highway 25, so expect traffic noise.
