The view and the clean pool and fantastic staff.

The tiles were broken and my daughter nearly cut her feet. The whole place needs maintenance. Bedding and towels were disgusting. No shampoo and conditioner for a 5 star accommodation. No groceries and drinks as owners didnt buy any. No milk or water in the room. This is not a 5 star accommodation.

Sheets were at least clean

It was noisy in the mornings & during the day. The headboards were unstable, shaking in every toss & turn. I had to buy my own doom pesticide to kill cockroaches from the kitchen. WiFi not working.

The view

The towels were torn and dirty The bath robe was burnt No coffee or milk on tea tray, and after asking for some, no one did anything. They said no breakfast was served, but when we woke up, other guests were having breakfast. During the massage, a child was screaming the entire hour, AND some guy walked into the room. There were no drinks available on site or any room service. No soap, no shower caps, or anything in any bathrooms. There was a broken cupboard in one room. The hand towel was dirty and torn. People were setting off fireworks from the balcony below and one almost when into our room, which ruined our New years experience as we were trying to sit on our balcony. We complained, and no one ever came back to us. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was wonderful but this time it was absolutely horrible and just an awful experience.

Oh word the staff. Sesi Irene is super passionate about her work .I loved her super service . She attended to our every need with a positive spirit. Our room was 💯 the view incredible Wow definitely coming back.

All was well.it exceeded my expectations.
