I expected more. There were few options

Choosing one, item. Instead of having a variety of options and mixing as you like.

1. Request to repair/attend to leaking air-conditioner at least twice. 2. The property is rated 5star, in my opinion it is not. The bedding, shopfitting, FF&E is dated and overall maintenance required. 3. Booking.com states it has a bar. Not available! 4. An after hour manager must be visible on duty for a 5star rating facility.

The overall space of the room was very good. The breakfast was good, even though they handed out different breakfast menus (one with an omelette option and one without). On both menus a buffet included a selection of cheeses & cold meats, but this was nowhere to be found. I did like my Genius discount on the original price.

1. UPON ARRIVAL, WE WAITED APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE JUST TO OPEN THE GATE (NOT ONE OF THE CONTACT NUMBERS WE CALLED WERE ANSWERED). 2. APPARENTLY THE NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR HELPED US TO CHECK IN AS THE PERSONNEL WERE NOT AROUND. 3. THE NEIGHBOR HAD TO MAKE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHICH ROOM WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK INTO. 4. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM COULD NOWHERE BE SWITCHED ON. 5. THEIR WAS NO PLUG SUPPLIED FOR OPERATING THE HAIR DRYER. 6. ALTHOUGH THE ROOM IS FITTED WITH A NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE, NO CAPSULES WERE PROVIDED. IF I COMPARE THIS PROPERTY TO OUR OTHER STAYS OF 5-STAR-RATED, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT 5-STAR RATING.

The pool and see view The chef and 2 other ladies were friendy but Irene and the lady at the head office were very unfriendly and not kind at all

Dirty carpet Dirty white sheets with blood and some black staff like eye pencil, horribly leaking shower when using them, very dirty and old decorating cussions, white towels looked very old torn, with permanent brown, pink or black marks, breakfast was 1 hours 6 minutes late with no information on how we go about ordering it, land line contact number on confirmation email and website says doesn't exist, management with bad service, receptionist couldn't help me with my complaint send me to their office number, the lady at the head office gave me horrible service for 2 different days during my stay at some point she called me a lie yet she wasn't at the accommodation place but openly to my ears called me a lie when I told her breakfast is not ready, calling her while standing in their kitchen with the rest of the staff

I liked everything especially the view and the friendliness of the staff

Everything the staff were friendly and welcoming, service was very good ,breakfast is delicious. They surprise me with happy birthday decorations in my room. They made my birthday special.
