Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilmington West - Medical Park by IHG

There were several minor things broken in the bathroom but the staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent.

I like how respectful and caring the lady at the front desk was.

We came in on 5 we were in a wreck lived three hours away . Needed a place to stay.lady at front desk around 3 Was amazing. The hovering lady helped us so much. The lady that was there after 11 pm was horrible. My boys just went down to ask a question she was so mean. Other than that the the rest was great.

The young lady the greeted me was above and beyond polite. She took her time. She didn't make me feel rushed. She was conscious of me feeling comfortable. A job well done. They need to give her a raise❗😁

This was my second stay at this hotel. Check-in was seamless, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I plan on making this hotel my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Wilmington.

This property was close to restaurants. I didn’t like the musty odor in my room and the toilet ran all night even after we called for service.
