Wifi wouldn't connect plus they were remodeling so no ice any where as well no laundry room available like it was supposed to be for guest the hotel smelled horrible an was dirty in the elevator

The breakfast was okay for Continental style breakfast. We actually expected more from the description on the website. They were doing construction so I understand that there was some concessions that had to be made.

The conditions of the rooms were awful. The rooms were dirty. There were stains and garbage on the carpets, the showers were in bad shape, looked like it was about to fall in. Several of the rooms had non-functional TVs. Rooms were very humid and uncomfortable.

The people were great, but be prepared because they are going through a renovation. There was spackling, paint, unclean areas where workers were walking through. The staff did their best but that’s just the nature of renovations.

I arrived Friday night and the thought the hotel was closed for construction. The front representative informed me the the c were open for business but were undergoing renovations on the 3rd floor at present and in parts of the lobby. The representative was very pleasant and assuring the operbility of the hotel. The room was good but the air conditioner was very loud, like it needed servicing, maybe something internal was loose. The breakfast bar was the low of my stay with limited/menial items for consumption... Definitely not close to the advertisements on television... but considering the construction, it is what it is. From a management prospective, the conservative decision would be to stop service until the building upgrade construction has been completed... Additionally, there is no mention on the website that the facility is under active renovation prior to, or after booking confirmation.

This place is being renovated, and it sorely needs to be! I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and stay in Fairfield Inns across the country. This is by far the worst one I've ever seen. I should have read the reviews before booking. Everything in it, from the elevator to the hallways and rooms, is old. The mattress was so old and worn that it had deep valleys in it where you had to sleep. I literally had to rotate the mattress, putting the foot where the head was to try and find a decent surface to sleep on. As others mentioned, the base of all the lamps in the room were rusted. The desk was falling apart. The entry door stuck and had to be slammed to close. The bathroom door would not lock. The only positive was that there was good water pressure in the shower, and the temperature remained steady throughout showering. When I went to breakfast the next morning, there was a long table with some bagels, muffins, a cold sausage biscuit in a wrapper and some jelly and syrup packets. That was it! No coffee! When I asked about coffee, I was told that the kitchen was torn up. Yet the evening before when I checked in, there had been coffee. Marriott needs to investigate the poor management here and remove this listing from their properties, as it in no way represents their brand.

Construction-not a problem all things must be maintained in order to continue to have nice things, however either the crew is messy and don’t care or house keeping needs to check behind them. There was paint/puddy stain in the carpet down the hall wall. Splatter of white in my room floor, not little spots quarter/half dollar size, easy to see size spots. There was some thin white paint or plaster remaining in the tub. I think has a lot to do with a messy construction crew. On another note, the hotel is not the easiest to find when you’re not from the area. I could see the sign, but for some reason gps took me to a near by hotel.
