Deadbolt on door was nessed up and qould pop out everytime door was opened / closed so it was hard to get in and out the whole stay

The breakfast was terrible. There was no napkins or drink.

The room needed more plugs and a second (comfortable) chair. Breakfast bar lacking and only bold coffee.

when i first got here, the lady booked us in a room that already had guests in it. we used the room key and all, I was so embarrassed. We got a new room, got settled, then we out for dinner etc. when we got back i called the front desk complaining because we have roaches in our room. the night worker was no help and he told me that was the first time he heard it. I took a picture and will make a formal complaint in the morning. I understand it having people in and out but there should be proper procedures in place and double booking a room, she should have checked the computer instead of just giving me a key. she had a stack of keys already programmed.

Dirty filthy. Rust on bedside lamps. Grunge on sink faucets. Construction dust and debris on rugs. Ice machine didn’t work. Looked like mold on bathroom floor. Hammering at 8:30 at night- desk told me they said they’d quit around nine. Breakfast was gross. Complained to front desk- they took $20.00 off the bill. Complained to Marriott. The bot that responded didn’t care. Sure took the luster off the Marriott name.

Dirty doesn’t begin to put it into words. It’s being renovated. You can tell by the caulk smeared all over the walls. Used soap was left in our shower and milk in the fridge. The whole place hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. They must “clean” with a dirty mildewed rag because that’s what the bathroom smelled like and windows were totally streaked. The shower curtain rod had been broken and reattached sideways. Don’t leave children unattended in the tub. The water continues to get hotter and hotter no matter how much you turn it down. Hallway security lights were hanging by wires. We discovered why nobody was at breakfast. Oranges looked like they were leftover from last summer and few choices. The elevator door grinds and creaks so bad it’s scary. I would not stay here again. Hoping to get a chance to leave an official corporate review.

It’s was being remodeled. They had Tv and Microwaves in the hallway and the storage closet was open with microwave and tvs and old pictures just thrown up in there. Guest should not have a view of that. Tell the men just to close the door. Really. The outside had styrofoam all over the parking lot. The dumpster had trash all outside of it. The sign was knocked down and laying in the yard. Making it look even more unkept and I don’t care how it look. Take more Pride in the property. The TOILET was not clean. I was in disbelief.
