Good location. Amazing view from apartment. Good staff, but apartment too small and needs refurbishing.

We arrived in late (1am) and the staff made us feel very welcome and get us info on things to do the next day. Room are perfect for a short stay, clean, air con etc. Also went out of their way to provide us with thing to do in our next city we visited. Recommend!!

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o complexo de apartamentos fica no centro da cidade, o que facilita para conhecer os pontos turísticos, casas de câmbios e etc. Vizinho ao apartamento tem um supermercado que facilita bastante. Quartos limpos e bem organizados, limpeza todos os dias, ótimas camas. Gostaria de parabenizar o funcionário Luís pelo excelente atendimento e total satisfação em atender os clientes. Condomínio moderno e muito organizado tanto na limpeza quanto na parte administrativa. O ponto negativo da minha hospedagem foi no dia em que chegamos, estávamos no Atacama, o voo foi antecipado e não consegui avisar que chegaria antes ( cheguei as 2 da manhã e o check in era as 12), fomos atendidos por um rapaz careca chamado Marcelo, em que nos atendeu muito mal, foi extremamente grosso o tempo todo, chegou brigando e repetindo a todo momento que “tivemos sorte de ter um quarto para nos naquela noite”. Em momento nenhum eu queria um favor, eu estava lá para pagar uma nova diária já que cheguei horas antes, seja lá ou em outro hotel para passar essa noite. Acredito que o funcionário Marcelo deveria aprender a tratar melhor os clientes. Tirando esse desconforto, a hospedagem foi excelente, ótima estrutura.

Had a fantastic week here,rooms clean ,comfortable and secure Andrew at reception was a great help with directions and information about santiago sights and restaurants Would highly recommend ,the hotel was central to all attractions ,bars restaurants and cafes ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice room and very smooth and prompt airport shuttle service even if we had to leave at 4 AM. Very serviceminded and helpful staff. The location of the apartments are really good with among other things a big supermarket nextdoor.

Excellent ubicación and services en general. Very convenient for walking to every interesting places of the city. We had staying to this Hotel twice and so far very happy with the decision.

8 of us stayed here and got two rooms. The rooms were comfortable and centrally located. It’s near to a supermarket and Starbucks. We received very good service from the staff there. As we were there during the protests, the staff gave us various advise on places to avoid. One evening, we were unable to go for dinner due to the protests and Gabriel went with our friends to get food! They also allowed us to store our bags while we travel elsewhere! Will totally recommend this place to my friends. Kudos on the great service! Picture is the view from the living room.

Staff was very helpful, especially when I needed copies of documents to replace a stolen passport. Staff is helpful with info for some travel information as well as nearby facilities. Disappointed appartment did not have balcony as shown in ad, that is what is expected but did not get. Electricity went out twice during stay, not good. Nice office is open 24/7. Nice to have paid shuttle (although would be nicer if free) service to airport. Great location to walk to many sights.

Not as pictured. Over promised and under delivered. We didn't have a balcony and the apartment was tiny. Really not suitable for 5 adults as we booked it for. Also interesting to find out that daily maid service doesn't include changing the sheets or towels. Not really a huge deal but I'm not sure what they did then since there is also a sign that says you have to clean the kitchen yourself. Good location but other than that I'd pay a little more for a better spot at a reputable hotel.

Location of apartments is very good. Very friendly staff.
