Amistar Apartments

Great staff , excellent service and central location. Our flight was delay and we arrived just after midnight. Alejandra was there to greet us. The room I had booked was a little small for four adults so Alejandra showed us the loft apartment which was great. Location was great. Supermarket next door with long trading hours, restaurants across the road and all transport close. Train 5 minute walk, taxis at door and buses one block away. Overall made for a perfect location. Cable tv, good bed and maid service 6 days a week. I would definitely return. Nothing was ever a problem. Thanks Alejandra for your great service.

This was the nicest place I stayed in in South America. Private, clean, quiet, attractive decor, pretty view of Santa Lucia hill (though this might depend which side of the building you are on), and fantastically friendly and attentive staff. Slightly confusing to get your bearings to start with because of the orientation of the building and having two exits, but worth it!

Stayed here several nights in a stop over in Santiago. The staff were lovely spoke both English and Spanish, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed my only complaint however and this is through no fault of the hotels was that there was a loud bar? Beneath our room that played music so loud that it could be clearly heard however this normally ended by midnight and had we been on the otherside we might not of heard it, however the people I was staying with had no problems. five stars beautiful place to stay

I cannot thank Luis at Amistar enough for his personal care and attention in finding us accommodation when our booking at San Ignacio fell through. Both companies accommodate people in the same tower and Luis’s service was absolutely superb. He tried to help me contact the San Ignacio people and, when that failed, he arranged alternative accomodation for us. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging taxis, looking after our baggage, providing personal care and advice - Luis and his colleagues were wonderful. Our little apartment was great and had all we needed. Thanks Luis and Amistar. You rescued us in a moment of need.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Large enough for family of 4. Daily cleaning, even if stated did not need. This spacious apartment was in great location. Grocery store one minute walk. Easy walking distance (less than 20 minutes) to major attractions in city centro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy check in/out. No option of late checkout, but can store luggage in reception area.
