Amistar Apartments

Apartment was in a good location, walking distance from areas to see in the city and good restaurants. The staff at the apartment were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here in Jan 2019. The bed and other furniture are starting to show their age. However, customer service was excellent!!! They were able to contact the airline for us to track down our lost luggage. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here in November and cannot say enough about the hotel, staff and the owner. We had a bad experience at the airport upon arrival and realized we had been ripped off later in the day. We explained what had happened to the hotel staff who let us use SKYPE to call our bank and then the owner took us to the police station and interpreted for us. Way beyond what we expected. Thank you for doing that. Our room was clean and had a small kitchen so we could make coffee etc. This is an apartment hotel so some rooms have permanent occupancy. Very quiet and clean. We took a your offered by the hotel which was fabulous. Just 4 of us in the car. It is very centrally located with a supermarket just outside and a Starbucks round the corner. Would stay there again if we head back to Chile. Very secure hotel with entrance cards

Here for a visit of Rapa Nui & Santiago. Amistar is a great place.to start. Boutique apartments for shot or long term stays. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again. Nice sitting area, separate sleeping and full bath.

I rented an apartment directly with Amistar, after a booking with another company, in the same building complex, fell through. Luis and the staff at Amistar were professional, informative and friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment was kitted out just fine with everything you would expect. The location of the apartment towers complex is second-to-none - right in the centre of the city, with convenient amenities (supermarket, laundromat, metro station) all very close by. The security is really good as well (swipe card access to the building). If you're looking for an apartment in this location, Amistar are a reliable and trustworthy option, and I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Our Amistar apartment in Santiago (Huerfanos 547) was simply wonderful. Located at the 17th floor (unit 1704) it was definitely a great choice! The apartment was exactly the same as the pictures shown on Booking.com. From the apartment you can enjoy of a stunning sight of the cordillera embedding Santiago, looking on the left the cerro San Cristobal and the Costanera tower. The view on the city is really amazing either at sunrise or at sundown! The unit is clean and very we’ll equipped. The front office with kind Giannina, Gabriel , Francisco y Ander ,available anytime to give you all kind of tips and suggestions (such as the free walking tour from plaza de Armas) puts the Amistar staff at very high and professional levels. Should we be back to Santiago in the future we will certainly choose Amistar apartments again!

I was staying with my family at Santiago and have two nights staying with them. Their location is very convienient to get to everywhere. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful in helping me and my family to arrange our tours around Santiago before our arrival. They also gave great recommendations about what we could do around the downtown area.

It has just the right mixture of everything. You can access the apartment from a quiet lane or from a busier street, which hosts several shops plus a big supermarket right next door to the building. The apartments on the back side have a lovely view of the Cerro Santa Lucia. The flats are well maintained, cozy and they are (in most cases) fully equipped. If they are not, the staff will be more than happy to provide you with what you need. My only concern is about house keeping, which is included, but in my case they always came late in the afternoon. So that was a nuisance. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place. It's 5' walk from the tube station (Santa Lucia, red line), steps away from the hill, next door to a big supermarket and just minutes away from Bellas Artes (another nice area full of bars), where the Museum of Fine Arts is. Reception is open 24 hours (they have an office on the 2nd floor) and they are happy to help you with your travel arrangements.
