Everything outstanding. Fantastic staff, location, property.

Expensive for UK travellers partly due to sterling/dollar rate.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was unique and beautiful. The location was great. Breakfast was good.

Temp control in room was confusing to use.

Last week we stayed at inn of the Five Graces This was the highlight of our trip. It was first class all the way I would give it 10+. It so happened I was allergic to their shampoos lotions and soaps i(eucalyptus) Maria went out of her way and purchased a whole set of hyper allergenic toiletries. Every single staff member was polite, cheerful, beyond helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. Hope to see you next spring!

Unique property, a peaceful and lovely little escape, and I appreciated the attention to detail. It feels like stepping into another world. Loved the spa and the beautiful courtyards and hidden nooks.

Oddly, in my opinion the staff and management didn’t seem as customer oriented and keen on providing top notch, friendly, and flawless service as I would have expected when paying $1,000 a night for a room. Additionally, the room I was staying in shared a wall with the restaurant and lobby area, so I was awoken early in the morning by music coming through the walls, it happened in evening hours too. I understand it’s an old building, but some sound insulation seems necessary and wise for guest comfort when you are charging premium prices.

The decor is stunning eclectic style.

My mother, sister and I stayed at this hotel for a ladies trip. The three of us stayed in Sandalwood, which was a great room! What cool decor - the whole vibe is really fun and the chips and salsa they had waiting for us were a delightful treat. Speaking of treats, the breakfasts were so delicious and we just loved all the food we got from the Pink Adobe! With just that this hotel would have been nice, but what truly made it special was the staff! I do not know if I have stayed anywhere with such attentive staff. From the front desk to the spa and restaurant - service was second to none. Another friend had already booked her 40th there this October, and while I don't usually look forward to repeat trips so close together, I am thrilled to be staying here again.
