exceptional staff that goes above and beyond for guests. incredible breakfast.

layout of the room was a little bit uncomfortable for three people. the pullout sofa bed was not viable to sleep on for more than a couple of nights.

the customer service was phenomenal. all the workers were kind and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about making our stay exceptional. loved the free shuttle to anywhere within a 3 mile radius and their pick up time was fast and efficient.

"Beyond perfect"

We had a great experience here! The second we pulled up Chad helped us with our car and bags and Nadine greeted us with a smile. We saw Chad and Nadine a lot and they were always going above and beyond for us during our stay. Breakfast was very delicious and servers Dahlia and David were prompt and friendly. The room was unique and beautiful, no detail was left untouched with this resort. We appreciate everything everyone did for us here. Especially Nadine. We had a bad experience off site at another business and Nadine rescued us and made sure we had everything we needed and more! She’s the best!!
