The Inn of Five Graces

Absolutely gorgeous property and room. The staff go above and beyond to pamper you. The breakfast was wonderful, we loved the daily snacks, and dinner at Pink Adobe was out of this world. (Especially the crab cake and pork tenderloin with mole.)

The alcove in our room did not have an AC vent and was too warm at night. They provided a fan when we asked, which did help. I did not love the pillows but am really picky. I wish they offered a choice of pillows. They did help me out by giving me a memory foam pillow instead of feather.

My husband and I had one night in Santa Fe and hands down, our first and only choice was the Inn of the Five Graces to celebrate our 55th Anniversary. Nadeen, our gracious host, escorted us to our magical pied-a-terre, the spacious Cottonwood Suite, which enveloped us with its enchanting kaleidoscope of colors, textures, furnishings and fabrics. From the champagne chilling in the cooler, the chocolate covered strawberries and the Inn's signature salsa and chips, we not only felt spoiled; we were spoiled. From check-in to check-out, the service is par excellence, friendly, engaging and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the afternoon and evening drink service are a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Santa Fe and surrounding areas. If you only have one night or if you are fortunate to have more days to spend in Santa Fe, my husband and I highly recommend the Inn of the Five Graces and cannot wait to return to celebrate our 56th!

The hotel is well-located close to the key center of Santa Fe, and very near the most historic area of the city. The guest rooms are fantastic- filled with color, texture and ingenious reuse of materials from around the world. The tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and outdoor patios for lounging, or dining. The breakfast menu is wonderful and part of the room cost. We also enjoyed a wonderful walking tour offered free to guests--well worth doing.

Coffee in the lobby was spotty. We didn't use the concierge service for reservations.

The property is beautiful, unique and has a very attentive staff.

The service was exceptional. Everyone knew me by name and gave their full attention throughout my stay.

Nothing could have been better.
