The hotel is perfect - great clean and spacious room and wonderful service. Managers were always willing to help us solve any problems. The breakfast was another joy. And the swimming pool was a good addition to our stay)

I loved staying in this hotel - it's very near the Patuxai monument, easy to find. Deth who was working on the reception was always super friendly, chatty and very helpful. My room was only one level above the reception, and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and super comfortable. There was a whole bunch of variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit. I really enjoyed staying here, and would gladly stay here again next time I visit Vientiane.

I just wish I had a room on a higher floor to get a nicer view of the city. Other than that I don't have a single complaint about the hotel.

La ubicación para ir a ver los templos, monumentos etc esta bien. El personal del hotel una maravilla sobretodo la Srta. Ti un encanto de persona ( nos ayudó hacer la reserva de billetes para Luang Prabang).😊 y Deth muy servicial, bueno en general todo el personal del Hotel.

L’appartement était bien équipé spacieux et propre.

À peine arrivé on vous demande de payer la chambre et de laisser une caution de un million en espèces ou un passeport pour les consommations éventuelles du mini bar. Excessif et pas très accueillant comme démarche.

The breakfast was good and all the staff were polite. Our room was big and had a washing machine which was a great bonus.

The pool was closed for maintenance for the first 3 days and this was not communicated to us when we booked.
