I didn't receive the necessary toiletries or bottled water every time. After I reminded them. the problem was solved. Otherwise, everything was ok. It is in a quiet, safe area, and they allowed me a late check out. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is located close to the Patuxai (Victory Monument). Although it's slightly away from the city center, getting around using ride-hailing apps is easy and convenient. The room price is also very reasonable, and credit card payments were accepted without any extra 3% surcharge. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it was more than sufficient for our needs.

During our second stay, we encountered a small issue. One of our quad rooms was occupied by only three people, so we didn’t notice that there were only three pairs of slippers provided. When we checked out, housekeeping informed us that one pair of slippers was missing. We were quite puzzled, but since we didn’t take any photos as proof upon check-in, we personally checked the room and indeed found only three pairs. To clear any misunderstanding, we agreed to let the front desk inspect our luggage. However, after a brief discussion, they decided to return our deposit without checking our bags, and we were able to check out smoothly and make it to the airport on time. For future guests, we recommend taking a quick photo of the room upon check-in if you have time — it may help avoid any confusion later.

This is one of the most value-for-money accommodations in Vientiane. The rooms are spacious and even come with a living area. You can enjoy a direct view of the Patuxai (Victory Monument) right from the window, and it’s just a short walk away. The hotel also offers a small gym and swimming pool for guests. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it’s more than enough and tastes not bad. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Credit card payments were accepted without any extra 3% surcharge, which is a plus. However, the private car service arranged through the hotel is slightly pricey — it's recommended to use a ride-hailing app for better rates.

The room was very well equipped for cooking and resting, and the bathroom even has a washing machine, with a drying rack in the room. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The AC was powerful and perfect for the hot Lao weather. The location is quite good, about 300m from the Patuxay monument by foot, and around 2km from the main tourist area, so it's very quiet and calm.
