Overall its a very nice hotel, although it was probably a condo building before the hotel took over. I had a king size suite, think about 45sqm total, kitchen, living area, balcony with washing machine. Large bedroom with huge bed. Very comfy. Staff at reception very helpful and immaculately turned out. Small gym on 8th floor but didnt get round to using it. Nice pool at front of hotel.

Mostly, the location. A good 2km walk into the centre of town. Not much in the immediate vicinity. But got taxi apps with help from reception. Loads of tuk tuks on the apps. Cheap to get in and out of town. Tv. One in bedroom no hdmi. Breakfast, ok i suppose but bread supplied next to toaster was cheap and very very sweet. Couldnt eat it.

The Urbanite Hotel was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure, although the sink pressure was a bit too strong. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also just a short walk to some great restaurants.

One drawback is that the pool is visible from the windows on the floors above, which may feel like a privacy concern.
