Block Island Beach House

Very convenient to town.

Rooms were nice but a little on small side.

Very clean, great shower, location on beach was super, beach staff was great, loved the food! Great drinks.

There was no chair in the room, had many flights of stairs to climb,

Main hotel is actually beautiful! Unfortunately when we booked I did it via email with a hotel rep as we were using a credit. She gave me 3 Queen options and I picked the middle priced one 4 doors down. The rep failed to mention the room she offered me was a 28 step walk up and the smallest hotel room in existence. It’s actually smaller than the cheapest cruise room. You can’t open the shower door without hitting the toilet and you have to walk sideways from the bed to the bathroom. Breakfast at the main venue was ok (my husband loved his I am still questioning why anyone would put raw onion in an egg wrap). Most of the service people were very nice minus the barmaid at outdoor bar. Very sarcastic about her coworkers and how much she needs to do. The manager was very very nice.

Room and facilities were dirty and outdated.

Location: easy walk from/to ferry, stairs to beach Views from expansive porches of street, Old Harbor Staff: welcoming, friendly, provided helpful suggestions

Perfect location and setting

Liked Everything but when we first arrived to check in were brought to a different room than I had booked. Front desk staff were understanding however and after a bit of time our correct Room was ready.
