Staff were very helpful and polite!

The cleanliness of the property with open bar concept and omelette for breakfast is all my wife talks about. This is our second time at this particular place and it’s better each time. Although a bit pricey from the last time we were here but to put that smile on my wife’s face was well worth it.

All staff encounters were pleasant, we had a good night sleep. However, accommodations were less than acceptable for the amount of money paid. Everyone in our group had similar experiences: room smells like mildew, old torn carpet, room not appropriately cleaned between guests (hair and dirt along bathroom edges and corners), remotes were clearly dirty, maintenance of furniture and bathroom fixtures is not done. Stained furniture, shower head detaching from wall. Free breakfast in dinning room was good, but right next to table on the ledge overlooking river was crumbs and dirt!

No luggage carts available. Need better access from parking garage to hotel.

This place is an absolute dive. Room had carpet stains, broken vents, and nasty outdated furniture that I wouldn't even have in a frat house. If this place wants to be higher end, it needs to spend some money to improve the rooms. Went to the bar, but couldn't find anyone to fix me a drink on Tuesday night. Other people had drinks but the bar tender couldn't be found and I waited for 15 minutes for anyone to come out to serve me. Other people were wondering where the staff was too. I road with 2 staffers in the elevator on day one who smelled heavily of smoking weed and were acting like it too. They walked into the kitchen staff area where they worked. Can tell you I'm definitely not ordering room service.

Staff was awful! Advertised valet parking was not available 1st strike. Room was ice cold could not control thermostat to turn the heat up, bathroom floor was freezing could not take a shower it was too cold 2nd strike. I got bitten by bedbugs 3rd and last strike will never stay there again. Could have had a better time at a cheaper hotel. Take my advice do not stay there!!!!

Brian at the Front Desk near me. Great customer service. He got me and my son A Riverview. It feels great to be a Gold member here at Embassy suites. Anytime you wanna come in the Embassy suites. Make sure you go see Brian at the Front Desk, and to make sure you do a good job and take care of you. Thank you for helping me, and my son up with a great view of the Paco stadium, and the river. Such a beautiful site and a great room.
