"Hot nights sleep while freezing outside"

Stayed in this hotel for a work event. Immediately we walked into our room and it was hot. With the air cranked down to 65 degrees on high, the room never cooled lower than 75. Even with it only being 5 degrees outside. Maintenance was called twice to our room and they couldn’t figure it out. I asked if they would comp our room 1 of the 2 nights and was told they could give me Hilton points but that’s it. I don’t have Hilton rewards. I later found out from several coworkers also stating that their rooms were warm as well. The hotel was sold out so we could not move rooms and were stuck. It was a miserable two nights of sleeping. Only pro is their food and staff. The breakfast was good and so was dinner. But that’s about it. Room was fair but nothing special. I will stick to not staying at Hilton hotels in the future.

The breakfast was wonderful, and really enjoyed the pool and the view of the city was great.

The rooms we nice but outdated. The bathroom faucet was broken and there was a 12 by 12 hole cute out in the ceiling for what looked like a wifi router. A plastic panel would've been nice instead of just a hole in the ceiling. Overall the location was nice just needs some TLC.
