My room smelled like mildew. The bathroom was atrocious. Obvious water damage that has not been repaired. The shower faucet wasn’t even attached to the wall. The grout was filthy. The carpet smelt. The air fresheners pumped in can’t mask the smell.

Food was excellent Mrs delta makes the best omlettes....facility was very clean staff was super nice....amazing view to the city loved my king suite

The pillows where to soft ....so made my neck hurt and the TV in the living room channels didn't get good reception...they offered two free drinks for two but you can't checkin til 4pm and the drink tickets are only good for 5:30pm to 7:00 pm so by the time I got situated and settled I missed the time frame for the free drinks they need to extend the time frame longer...also need to include visible food menus in rooms of what the kitchen has to offer.. Because the only way to see a menu and what the hotel has to offer was to scan a little bar code that was on a table In the living room with your phone so if your cell phone didn't have a bar code scanner you where screwed

My car was too tall for the garage attached to the hotel. I did not like that you had to go up a few levels to check in from the street entrance.

The cleanliness of the property with open bar concept and omelette for breakfast is all my wife talks about. This is our second time at this particular place and it’s better each time. Although a bit pricey from the last time we were here but to put that smile on my wife’s face was well worth it.

Staff were very helpful and polite!

All staff encounters were pleasant, we had a good night sleep. However, accommodations were less than acceptable for the amount of money paid. Everyone in our group had similar experiences: room smells like mildew, old torn carpet, room not appropriately cleaned between guests (hair and dirt along bathroom edges and corners), remotes were clearly dirty, maintenance of furniture and bathroom fixtures is not done. Stained furniture, shower head detaching from wall. Free breakfast in dinning room was good, but right next to table on the ledge overlooking river was crumbs and dirt!

No luggage carts available. Need better access from parking garage to hotel.
