"Excellent"

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Always smiling. Breakfast was cooked fresh with a fruit salad before full breakfast offered. Old school style and personal touch

Little out of the way, but still walkable by 20-25 mins into Whitby centre

"Overall very good."

Good location, clean and generally comfortable, if a little dated. Staff were lovely and breakfast outstanding.

The only thing I would highlight was how terrible the shower was. Both morning and evening the shower barely worked and even stopped mid use.

Spotlessly clean, lovely room , attention to detail , shower gel , sewimg kit , bathrobe ,slippers etc , plenty of coat hqngers in a proper wardrobe , the breakfast was beautiful , waiter service , felt looked after , will book again

Theres nothong to complain about here , this os a hotel that have got things right

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was impressive!

Alles was geweldig. Supervriendelijk personeel, mooie eenpersoonskamer, alles heel schoon, heerlijk ontbijt en diner.

Klein minpuntje: wifi was niet erg sterk.
