If we could give more than five stars, we would. We’ve been fortunate to experience some incredible places but the Omnia was different. From the moment we arrived everything felt smooth and welcoming. They picked us up, and offered us drinks while we waited for our room. When we walked in, they had left a small birthday cake for my wife. We were celebrating and they helped us feel celebrated. We stayed in a Double Mountain Bath room with an incredible view. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the mountains. The room itself was beautiful. Everything felt intentional. Nothing cheap, nothing forgotten. They left us free bourbon daily and the delicious homemade granola bars that sustained us on the trails. Breakfast each morning was included, and honestly, it was delicious and peaceful. The spa was quiet, clean, and calming. The terrace and the view are breathtaking. Even the tunnel entrance is memorable. The whole property is designed with so much care and thought that it quietly impresses you without trying too hard. The staff was one of the biggest reasons our stay was so memorable. Every single person we encountered was warm and personable. Christian, the manager, made time to connect with us more than once. Simon made us feel at home from the start. Lynn at the front office was kind and helpful. One small example: we brought back some pizza one night and asked if we could sit on the terrace. They welcomed us to enjoy it outside and simply asked if we’d like drinks. It felt generous and relaxed. At other luxury hotels, we’ve often felt like everything is transactional and you leave feeling nickled-and-dimed. We had a hundred moments like this. At the Omnia, we felt like we were guests in the truest sense of the word. Our stay was romantic, peaceful, and inspiring. In other words: perfect. Thank you Omnia for a truly wonderful stay. You provided the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return.

My husband and I came to stay at the Omnia for our honeymoon and WOW were we impressed! Not only was it the scenery and hotel beautiful, but the quality of service was by far the best we have ever received. They pick you up from the train station, drive into the bottom floor of the hotel where the driver takes your luggage up to your room in one elevator and sends you up to reception in the other elevator. We were greeted by name, brought to the terrace that overlooks the Matterhorn, given free welcome drinks and snacks, and it was out there while the staff finished checking you in. We then got brought up to our room and given a tour of the room that they had upgraded for us (by quite a bit!), set up a Mr. and Mrs. set up with balloons, real flowers, a card and champagne, and soft music playing in the background. Not only that, but it was my husband's birthday while we were there and while we were out that day, they switched around the set up to be birthday balloons, chocolate, and another card! SO sweet. AND there was a bottle of bourbon that is complimentary and was refilled as needed throughout our stay! The staff also looked out for our every need and truly went above and beyond in a subtle way (for example came and gave us evening chocolates every day to check in with us to see if we needed anything else for the evening). They knew us by name and treated us like family before, during, and after our stay. Without a doubt the best hotel we've ever stayed at. SO worth it. Would happily stay again and again.

Perfect location, welcoming staff, and a spacious, beautifully designed room. Exceptional service and top-notch facilities. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Excellent stay at The Omnia, Zermatt. Stayed at The Omnia for 2 nights in June 2025 and it was great in every way. The hotel is beautiful, very well located. Lovely breakfast overlooking the Alps! Very nice pool area and spa as well and outdoor spaces / terrace. But the aspect that stands out - is the very warm hospitality and wonderful service. The staff were all very nice - and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. Will be glad to go back to stay at The Omnia again.
