The Omnia

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Fantastic pre and at hotel service, very cool indoor/outdoor pool. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and arranged Zermatt transfer seamlessly. Location was great right in the middle of the town but thanks to the lift up from the entrance you had a view over all of Zermatt from your room. The tower room all around windows also really set this off. A really great stay and for the quality of the rooms/service not a bad price either. I suspect in winter this may be a very different price indeed!

Great location to explore town and a short walk to the gondolas for Matterhorn. You also get great views of the town. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Our stay at The Omnia was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are impeccable, professional, and kind. They went out of their way to ensure that my husband and I were happy. The room was clean, modern, and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. Gorgeous alpine view from our room, and I loved watching the sheep from our patio. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning, and we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Christian, the manager, and his staff should be proud of the experience they create for their guests.

Excellent stay, wonderful hotel with nice amenities and attentive staff. Convenient location. Would stay here again. Note the rooms don’t have air conditioning and it gets pretty warm in August, but you can request a fan.

The staff was absolutely incredible from check in to check out! We enjoyed every moment of our visit from the snacks on their lovely outdoor deck, to the pool and outdoor hot tub (with a view of the Matterhorn), the work out room, the dining room for breakfast (with delicious breakfast foods / and my daughter is Celiac so they had plenty of gluten free options for her), the spacious rooms with a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, the lounge area where we played cards as a family and the electric car ride to and from the train station. Every staff member was professional, kind, attentive and hospitable. We would definitely go back!

Deco is of course elegant and sleek in design, but I could say almost too masculine. Like a men’s club.. As the outside fornitures could use a renovation soon, if may I recomend go bold and think on Knoll with Patricia Urquiola designs, it would give it a high class and femenine touch.

The hotels location is perfect. When we arrived the staff was personable and took care of us. We loved the peaceful environment and the room was very comfortable. Every detail was considered. Well worth the expense. We will be back! My new favorite hotel.
