The Omnia

It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

What an absolutely stunning hotel. The views of both the town & the Matterhorn from our balcony, were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just perfect. We also took advantage of the spa facilities which offered us an ideal opportunity to escape and relax, away from the outdoor activities for a while! The location within the centre of the town was brilliant and we loved having to enter the hotel through its very own ‘Bond cave’!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Omnia early last year and simply had to return to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary in such a very special hotel. The hotel is is a central position for walking round Zermatt but is very quiet due to its elevation. We were thrilled to be given a generous upgrade by Mr Eckert and as we walked into the tower suite, our rection was simply "Wow!" Although the hotel is stunning, it is the staff who make the difference. Each member of the team made us feel very special with their thoughtfulness, kindness and willingness to do anything to help. We have travelled extensively and stayed in some lovely hotels but The Omnia stands above them all due to the personal service. We are already planning a return visit to a hotel which has won a place in our hearts.

Simply put, we love The Omnia. We have come every year , but one, since 2016, and only wish we could visit more often. We have traveled extensively all over the world and ii is my favorite hotel anywhere. The location is wonderful; the rooms are all comfortable and some are just amazing. I think what is most special about the hotel is Christian Eckert and his staff- always welcoming, always anticipating our needs and always responsive.

Sleek modern hotel that, after making an initial Bond-villain-lair impression, quickly comes to feel like home. THE OMNIA stands out for its service--the receptionists and waiters really go the extra mile to make sure you're well cared for. And the food is excellent.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff and wonderful location. We spent 3 nights and all was wonderful. Truly 5 stars. Breakfast has so many options and again, staff were all amazing.

We just finished 3 night stay in a Tower suite facing Matterhorn and it didn’t disappoint. Cloudy day we arrived but then two days of pure sunshine. This hotel was great and it all starts with greeting at train station in private cart and entrance into cave is awesome. We were greeted in reception area and met Christian the GM. Our room was ready 3 hours early and it was just what we needed as super spacious and had everything. Dinner at the restaurant was a pure experience from the communal tables to the outstanding food and impeccable service. We visited spa and sauna area a few days and you feel like you are only one there and this is theme throughout our stay. We could not recommend this hotel more and already talking about coming back in a few years.
