We’ve stayed at The Omnia a few times now, and somehow it keeps getting better with each visit. The Managing Director, Christian, and the rest of the team are absolutely top-notch — they go out of their way to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is stunning and impeccably clean. The bedding is luxurious, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the spa is truly breathtaking. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, but The Omnia stands apart — not just for its elegance, but for the genuine warmth and hospitality of everyone who works there. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so welcomed and like part of the family. We can’t thank Christian and the entire Omnia team enough for making our vacation so memorable. We already can’t wait to return!

Service was top-notch, and everyone I met from the front desk team to restaurant & housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Views from the room and the spa were impressive too. And the swiss chocolate as part of turn-down service always brought a smile before bed.

We celebrated a birthday and couldn't have asked for a better time. The Omnia is absolutely spectacular - understated elegance. From the welcome, the services and amenities, the food, and all of the details in between, the team at Omnia does it all with focus and a smile. Truly no detail left unturned. Tom and Phillip were awaiting us on arrival and took the time to tour us around the hotel. Esther had awesome recommendations for hikes and daytime activities. The spa is fantastic and the room was spotless. The homemade granola bars are a bonus! Thank you, Team Omnia, for a trip we won't soon forget. We can't wait to return!

We definitely would love to come back again in the future. It's one of the best stays we've had, we love the style, the atmosphere, the design, and mostly the staff / team. Thanks for creating such a beautiful experience for us.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just loved this hotel! The location was perfect, and the room was clean and spacious with great views of the town and surrounding mountains. The staff was helpful, attentive and pleasant. The pool and spa area was a perfect place to come back to relax after our days of hiking and sight-seeing! Definitely recommend!
