This is an Amazing Old Grand hotel. If you can afford it, I would definitely stay here. The service is 6-star. One of my favorite hotels in the whole wide world. Highly recommended!

A great hotel and worth spending the money if you’re able. Very helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, rooms cleaned sometimes twice a day!, and a good location. Sometimes quite noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault or responsibility. This is a great place to come back to after a long day walking the wonderful, crazy streets of this truly great city. Security staff at the gate really don’t need to salute guests.

The Oberoi is a peaceful oasis in the middle of bustling chaos. The hotel itself is a beautiful heritage complex and the staff are amazing and attentive. The beautiful outdoor pool just tops it off. It was the best end to my short stay in India.

"Exceeded expectations "

The Oberoi Grand is lovely in and of itself. It's located nicely in Kolkata as well. But what made my visit was the staff, who were interested in my comfort and in what I was seeing in town. They made my trip!
