The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata

Great hospitality - the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was super big with a wonderful bath. And the restaurants were both very good. I would highly recommend The Oberoi Grand Kolkata!

Nice hotel, great and smiling and helpful stuff. Good breakfast but getting coffee refills was a challenge or too slow to come. Wine and beer prices at the hotel restaurant is exorbitantly high! This is an aging hotel and in need of remodeling. Otherwise very pleasant and comfortable. Located in the heart if downtown Kolkata which gives it a special charm and access to main attractions, unless one minds the busy and noisy and often too crowded Indian cities. Would recommend to others.

Lovely property with outstanding service. Everyone goes out of their way to help. Even when there are gaps in their service, their recovery is spectacular.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and service-oriented. They make you feel like a VIP. Dining options are excellent. This place felt like an oasis in a busy city.

It was perfect, exrremely friendly service, efficient, excellent condition, could not be better.

The first room provided had a hard bed not so comfortable and noisy due to the street facing. Later on they showed us a few different rooms with varying bed standards and locations. Managed to change rooms and got a better bed and not street facing.

The staff were amazing. Attentive, friendly, helpful.
