Staff (cleaning team) really grumpy and unwelcoming

Location, spacious light bright very clean apartment!

Nothing all was fabulous!

The location is excellent. Turn left out of the building on to a one way street, then after about 300 yards it became pedestrian. Plenty of coffee shops cafes restaurants and bars along here. Then about 10/15 minutes your into town.

Sound proofing. We stayed in room 3 on the first floor for 7 days. The first 4 days the apartment above had young children who PLAYED football in the room early morning. We heard everything. No carpets or sound proofing. The other 3 days a couple were above us. On the final day we were awoken at 4.30am with the woman trying to walk 10000 steps around her room . Then at 6.30 she puts her shoes on and continued to walk around until 9.00am. Now onto the company who run the apartments. I made a complaint that our balcony didn't have the table and chairs. Reply. They didn't have any! I said when I booked this apartment it shows them in the photos. Table and Chairs placed on balcony on our last day! They had been in the garden. Complaint number 2 I emailed saying that the Hot plate/ grill/ oven where not working. Their Reply to this. Because it's not mentioned in the details of Amenities its not got one!!! I sent them photos of the cooker and other appliances. Again the same Reply. I then explained that in the photos on THEIR website it shows a Fully functional Kitchen. Again Their reply was the same. I asked them for a Manager to phone me. No call received. I know that my booking was through Booking.com and it's not their fault. The complaint is with the management company GuestReady.

It’s a very nice property, the room was very clean and very good price. Most of the places are walking distance. It was a great choice
