"Superb"

A great accommodation right in the center of Porto, with lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean and well decorated. Check in was easy.

The other guests made lots of noise during the night until late hours .

Beautiful large room, love the decor. Handy to everything we needed, restaurants, sights and even a supermarket. There was no soundproofing from floor to floor, could hear people walking and doors closing.

Fin design på nedrevåningen. Nära till centrum. Stort rum.

It was cold in the room, and the radiators didn’t work. We waited three days for customer service to confirm that it wouldn’t be fixed. I hoped they would fix it since they made it seem like they might. The customer service is automated, and sometimes the responses are just ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay with them again. Maybe in summer, when it’s not cold, the stay would be better. Also – there was no cold water… just crazy! We got some little compensation...
