Campbell Cottage B&B

It was like staying with family. It’s conveniently located for walking to the waterfront, the old quarter and Bowen Park. Breakfast was great. My favorites: granola and fruit.

I had a very pleasant stay at Campbell Cottage. The room was lovely and clean and the bed comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served by Anthea, the best host for a B&B you could ever ask for. She is so friendly, talkative and most importantly helpful. Suggesting places I could visit, recommending good restaurants and even driving me to a shop and the ferry terminal since I had no car. Moreover, I totally adored the two little dogs she has. I am so thankful for the generosity and hospitality.

This home is spotless and well appointed. The breakfast is exceptional. The bed is comfortavle and I had very sound sleep. The host has foreseen evry need and is quite accommodating. There is a small area where chickens are kept at the edge of the property meaning you have the option of fresh eggs for breakfast.

Anthea is a wonderful host, along with Ollie and Izzie (2 Daschounds). Bed was comfy and breakfast was fabulous with fresh eggs from chickens on property. Great location and easy access to everything in Nanaimo.

Great location and really homely and relaxed

- The breakfast was incredible (eggs from her chickens!) - best we had for our whole stay in Canada - Our host was so kind and friendly - Comfy bed - Loved being able to have a bath - Our host gave us great restaurant recommendations

- There was a strong smell of animal when we first arrived but I didn't notice it after that initial moment
